Can I change my registered email address? | In order to protect assets you can't change an email account that's already in use. If you want to change or need a new account, please sign up with a new email account and withdraw the assets from your old account to a new one. * Crypto-asset transfers between UZNEX members or accounts are free. |
I want to change the name. | It`s difficult to change your name in UZNEX. You will have to register new account with the name you want to change and withdraw the assets of the existing account to the new account. |
