1. I tried to log in with OneID, but I couldn't log in.
The email address registered to OneID was initialized due to OneID renewal. Please re-register the previous email address in OneID and try to log in again.
Log in to OneID > Settings > Contact information > register the previous email address. And then try to log in with OneID again on UZNEX.
2. I logged in after re-registering the email address in OneID, but my assets are not visable.
If the previously registered email address and the email address you re-registered just now are different, you cannot check your assets. You must register the previous email address registered in OneID before.
3. I lost/forgot the email address previously registered in OneID.
If you have lost/forgotten the previously registered email address, please send us a selfie holding your ID and we will guide you to the previously registered email address.
4. Access(email verification) to the previously registered email address is not possible.
1. Please register a new email address in OneID.
2. Sign up for UZNEX.
3. Proceed KYC and connect One ID.
4. Then, request to transfer your assets to your new account by providing your selfie and your newly registered email address.
5. We will transfer your assets from your old account to your new account.
