📢 Login Method Update Notice
After the recent update, we've received feedback from many users regarding the inconvenience of having to re-verify their accounts.
We’d like to take a moment to explain the reason behind this change.
Please understand that this update was made to strengthen both security and accessibility, while minimizing disruption to your experience.
We kindly ask for your patience and understanding. 🙏
❓ Why was this change made?
Previously, users could sign up and log in using OneID.
This meant that users could not access the exchange if the OneID system experienced issues.
With this update, all accounts have been migrated to an email-based login system,
and OneID is now used as an identity verification method (similar to KYC).
This change ensures compliance with government regulations and significantly improves accessibility and reliability.
We’ve also added Google social login,
allowing new users to sign up and log in using their Google accounts.
✅ What does this mean for you?
1. Existing email users
→ You can continue logging in with your email. You’ll just need to reset your password once.
2. Existing OneID users
→ Your One-ID email has been converted to a UZNEX email login.
→ Simply use your OneID email to log in and reset your password once to access your account.
2. New users
→ You can now sign up using email or Google social login.
✅After logging in, simply complete OneID verification once.
From then on, you can use the email + OneID as a login method.
Even if OneID has issues in the future,
→ you’ll still be able to log in using just your email.
