UZNEX is undergoing an exchange renewal to improve various bugs and update convenient features requested by our users.
After the renewal, you will need to complete the KYC process again, re-register One-ID, and re-register your deposit/withdrawal cards. We appreciate your understanding.
How to Log in as an Existing User After the Renewal
For Email Log in Users
Step 1. Go to Log in and enter your email and password.
Step 2. Enter your registered email address and click "Continue".
Step 3. Check the verification code sent to your email address and enter in verification code.
Step 4. Enter a new password and confirm it again. Then click "Continue".
Step 5. Log in with new password
Step 6. Complete the KYC process.
Step 7. Link your One-ID (required for Uzbek residents or UZS deposits/withdrawals).
For One-ID Log in Users
Step 1. Go to Log in and click Forget Password
Step 2. Enter the email address registered in your One-ID and click Continue.
Step 3. Check the verification code sent to your email address and enter in verification code.
Step 4. Enter a new password and confirm it again. Then click Continue.
Step 5. Log in with new password
Step 6. Complete the KYC process.
Step 7. Link your One-ID (required for Uzbek residents or UZS deposits/withdrawals).
Important Notice
As of March 21, 2025, due to the One-ID renewal, all email addresses registered with One-ID have been reset.
You need to log in to One-ID and re-register your email address before linking it to UZNEX.
