Important Notices
- After the renewal, you will need to reset your password first before logging in via "Forgot Password", complete the KYC process again, re-register One-ID, and re-register your deposit/withdrawal cards. We appreciate your understanding.

After the exchange renewal, previous order history and deposit/withdrawal records will no longer be accessible. Please save any necessary records in advance (e.g., by taking screenshots).

If you need to verify past transaction details after the renewal, please contact UZNEX Customer Support.

Deposits made to old wallet addresses before generating a new one may not be recoverable. Please ensure you generate a new wallet address and use it for deposits.
