2.1. Crypto asset
The term “Crypto-asset” or “crypto-assets” as used herein is a property right, which is a collection of digital records in a distributed ledger of data, having a value and an owner, including, but not limited to, bitcoin or ether, which is based on a cryptographic protocol of a computer network, which may be (i) centralized or decentralized, (ii) closed or open source, and (iii) used as a medium of exchange and/or store of value.

4. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
UZNEX uses Personal Data to contact you and to administer, provide, improve and personalize the Service. UZNEX may also generate aggregate data from any Personal Data we collect and use it for our own purposes. We may also use such data to contact you regarding other products or services offered by UZNEX and/or its partners. We do not share your Personal Data with third parties
We may transfer your Personal Data to third parties, including cross-border data transfers:
(a) If we believe sharing is necessary to enforce the Terms of Service;
(b) Comply with the requirements of government authorities, including regulatory authorities, law enforcement authorities and/or justice authorities;

In addition, we have implemented international standards for the prevention of money laundering, terrorist financing and circumvention of trade and economic sanctions, and will introduce final rules and regulations on virtual financial assets when they become effective, which will likely require us to conduct due diligence of our clients. 5. HOW WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
5.1. The data we collect from you may be transferred to and stored outside the Republic of Uzbekistan. They may also be processed by personnel operating outside the Republic of Uzbekistan who work for us or for one of our suppliers. By providing your personal data, you consent to this transfer, storage or processing as indicated. All information you provide to us is stored on our and/or third party cloud servers.
5.2. Your personal data is also processed and transferred to Sum and Substance Ltd, branded as Sumsub, located in the Republic of Korea. Personal data is processed as part of the Customer Due Diligence (CDD) procedure in accordance with the provisions of regulations aimed at combating the legalization of proceeds from crime, the financing of terrorism and the financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.
6.STORAGE OF REPORTS ON CARRIED TRANSACTIONS
6.1. In accordance with the Rules for the implementation of crypto-exchange trading (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules"), we, for 5 (five) years, are required to store reports on transactions, including and not limited to: successful, closed, interrupted. As well as information about any violations of the Rules, Terms of Use, local acts of UZNEX and the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan as a whole.
