Why do I need to submit the source of funds document to UZNEX exchange?
UZNEX is legally licensed to trade in Uzbekistan, and therefore complies with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations to prevent illegal fund inflow. As part of our efforts to fulfill our regulatory obligations, we require non-Uzbek nationals to submit the source of funds (SoF) document for UZS deposits.
The submitted documents will only be used to verify the source of funds.
Please tell me about the documents that I need to submit to prove the source of funds.
The documents must be issued in the applicant's name. If they are issued through a third party, please additionally submit a document explaining the reason and relationship of the third party.
The formats of documents that can be submitted are PDF, PNF, JPG, and JPEG.

Official Confirmation from A Certified Professional |
Confirmation on the Source of all total deposited funds in your account from a certified professional, such as a lawyer, accountant, financial adviser, or tax professional, confirming the origin of the funds and the amount. *Note: Documents must show the certifier's name; address, position, register numbers, other details, AND be signed and/or stamped according to the local legislation. |

How long does it take to review the source of funds after submitting it?
The review period takes up to 3 business days, and supplementary documents may be requested as needed.
However, if the source of funds is unclear or the documents are judged to be untrustworthy, they may be rejected.
