2.1. Crypto-asset
The term “Crypto-asset” or “crypto-assets” refers to a property right consisting of a set of digital records in a distributed data ledger, which has value and an owner. This includes, but is not limited to, Bitcoin or Ethereum, which are based on a cryptographic protocol of a computer network that may be (i) centralized or decentralized, (ii) closed-source or open-source, and (iii) used as a means of exchange and/or store of value.

The term “Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, such as a name, identification number, location data, online identifier, or one or more factors specific to your physical, economic, cultural, or social identity as an individual.

5.1. Data received from you may be transferred to and stored outside the Republic of Uzbekistan. It may also be processed by personnel working outside the Republic of Uzbekistan who work for us or one of our service providers. By providing your personal data, you agree to such transfer, storage, and processing. All information you provide is stored on our and/or third-party cloud servers.
5.2. Your Personal Data is also processed and transferred to Sum and Substance Ltd, operating under the trademark Sumsub and located in the Republic of Korea. Personal Data is processed as part of Customer Due Diligence (CDD) procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements aimed at preventing money laundering, terrorism financing, and the financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.
6. RETENTION OF TRANSACTION RECORDS
6.1. In accordance with the Rules for Conducting Crypto-exchange Trading (“Rules”), we are required to store transaction records—including but not limited to successful, closed, and interrupted transactions—for five (5) years, as well as information about any violations of the Rules, Terms of Use, internal UZNEX documents, and the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
